Sheherazad Norbache-Goff

Sheherazad Norbache-Goff, is an attorney and the principal of NORBACHE-GOFF, PLLC. She provides advice and counsel on U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law matters to clients worldwide. Through the firm's Conflict Mediation Center, she serves as a mediator in family law and other civil cases.

A U.S. citizen of Iranian origin, she has lived, studied, and worked in the Middle East, Far East, Europe, and North America. She speaks English, Persian, and French fluently. Her practice of Immigration Law and Mediation is supported by a broad based cultural awareness, increasing client rapport and establishing consistent expectations for the legal and the mediation processes ahead.

Having personally immigrated to France, Canada and the United States, Sheherazad is familiar with the stress and anxiety associated with the immigration process and as an attorney is well aware of those associated with the litigation process. Her personal experience with the joys and frustrations of the processes makes her uniquely qualified to understand and ease any distress her clients may encounter.

Sheherazad is admitted to practice law before the Washington State Courts, United States District Court-Western District of Washington and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth District.

She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. Sheherazad is a member of the Washington Mediation Association and is certified in the following categories of practice:

She has provided Pro Bono services to the Pierce County Center for Dispute Resolution, Pierce County Small Claims Court and the KCBA's Federal Way Law Clinic. She also serves on the Appeals Committee of the Group Health Cooperative.
