MJ Redmann

MJ Redman has been a mediator since 1994 and has over 1000 hours experience mediating family, community, consumer/commercial, and personal injury cases.

As the training coordinator and practicum supervisor for the Pierce County Center for Dispute resolution from 2000 through 2006, she directed mediator training, certification, continuing education, and development for the Center.

MJ has also served as Court Services Specialist for Pierce County District Court No.1, Civil Division Settlement Conferences Since 1998. MJ brings 22 years of experience as a third party negotiator for insurance companies, private corporations and public entities. She has been an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau since 1994, specializing in Auto Lemon Law cases.

She is certified by the Washington Mediation Association in the categories of domestic relations, consumer issues, and civil litigation (limited to personal injury) and is the current Chair of the Washington Mediation Association Qualification Committee, overseeing the WMA certification program.
